Yes, Parcellers will organise  the collection of your package from your door step. When you quote, you can select the courier services which meets your needs and budget before you book our service. You will then be sent a shipping label to print out and that has to be attach to your parcel, which will be picked up from your collection address by a driver from the courier company you booked in our site.

If you wish for your parcel to be collected on the next working day, you need to book before the end of the working day, or choose one of our courier services that offers same day collections when placing your order. Each service has an info tab when you get a quote, so you can double check whether that carrier can still accept an order when you place it.

Another option available would be to book and drop off the package in one of our locations or stores, once you have placed an order, printed the label out and attached it securely to the parcel.

If you no longer require, or wish to cancel your parcel collection please use the cancel button. To locate this option go to My Account > Orders. Just select the order you wish to cancel and confirm the cancellation. You will be issued a refund, which can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. There may be a cancellation charge due depending on the courier you have chosen from the marketplace, and if you have any questions on this just ask the support team who will be happy to help.
